In this day of cell phones, our telephone numbers change frequently. If your number has changed at any time this year, you need to send the office a note with your current number. It is very important that we are able to contact you in case of an emergency. Your child is important to us, and we want to be able to notify you if needed. Thank you. |

School Visitors
All visitors are welcome at La Belle Aire. It is imperative that you sign in at the office and get a Visitor's Pass before going to a classroom. This procedure guarantees the safety of our children.
We ask that you not talk to teachers when you visit classrooms because it interrupts instruction. If you would like to discuss something with your child's teacher, please leave a note in the office and he/she will call you as soon as possible. We want you to feel welcome at our school, but it is important that nothing interrupts instructional time. Thank you for your cooperation.

School Dismissal
All children are dismissed at 3:28 P.M. except during Conference and Staff Development days.
Children need to know in advance if they are to go home in a different way. Please make these arrangements before school and send a note to the teacher. Our requirement of a written note with a parent's signature is for the safety of your child.
If your child walks home from school, send a note to his/her teacher regarding what to do on "rainy" days, and make sure your child is aware of this procedure, as well.

Some of our children take special medications during school hours. We must have a letter on file from your child's doctor in order to administer any medication. No medication is to be brought to school by a child. Please notify the office if your child has asthma, severe reaction to bee stings, a heart condition, food allergies, etc. |

Every Friday is Spirit Day. Students may wear their Spirit T-Shirts with their uniform pants. No jeans are allowed on Spirit Day. |
